Ainsley's Mediterranean Cookbook

Ainsley's kicking off his journey across the Mediterranean in style on board a 44 ft catamaran, visiting the stunning island of Corsica. He'll be trying his hand at paddle boarding and making some scrumptious Mediterranean dishes.

Ainsley is exploring Corsica, and his travels have brought him to the medieval fortress town of Bonifacio where he learns about the history of this incredible place before whipping up some cheesy stuffed aubergines and picking up some local honey.

Ainsley's Mediterranean exploration continues on the Italian island of Sardinia. His first stop is the rather glamorous beachside Ristorante La Spigola, before he hits the countryside for a lesson in pasta making from Erika and Alessandro.

Ainsley is on a foodie voyage across the Mediterranean and this episode finds him exploring the mountains and countryside of Sardinia, tasting marvellous local produce, trying some mountain lamb stew, and cooking up some tasty dishes.

Ainsley's Mediterranean adventure takes him to Morocco, where he's exploring the sights and smells of Marrakesh. He'll be whipping up some delicious dishes, taking a trip around the food stalls of Jemaa El Fnaa square.

Ainsley's exploration of Marrakesh continues and this time he's getting his hands dirty as he gets a pottery lesson. He explores the craft souks before cooking up some more delicious dishes - including a veggie tagine and a marvellous mint tea.
