It must be hard being an award-winning chef. You go for dinner, but all you do is nitpick - the starter overdone, the main underspiced... It takes perfection to make it into their little black book. With this in mind, Fred Sirieix - one of London's most famed maître d's - heads to Venice to try chef Angela Harnett's top eats, tucking into local langoustine, pilgrim scallops and semifreddo tiramisu
