Dolvett Quince

Known to his many clients as a source of knowledge and inspiration, fitness expert and personal trainer Dolvett Quince became equally well known to TV viewers the world over when he brought his expertise to the series "The Biggest Loser" (NBC, 2004-). Born in Stamford, Connecticut Quince and his siblings were raised in the foster system, and were eventually adopted by a Jamaican couple whose only form of discipline was harsh and physical. Quince emerged from these painful experiences with a strong sense of empathy, as well as an intense determination to be a source of positivity to others. He opened his own fitness center in Atlanta, Georgia in 2004, and soon began amassing celebrity clients like Angela Bassett and Nicole Ari Parker. Quince also had experience helping morbidly obese clients on the long journey toward both physical and mental health, and so it was only natural that he was picked to become a trainer on the "The Biggest Loser" in 2010. Quince would publish his first book, The 3-1-2-1 Diet: Eat and Cheat Your Way to Weight Loss--up to 10 Pounds in 21 Days, in 2013. He would even make a cameo appearance in the comedic sci-fi horror film "Sharknado 4: The 4th Awakens" (2016).
