S1 E4: The teams travel to the great western frontier town of Dodge City, Kansas. Tables are literally turned as the teams are challenged to each cook 6 classic dishes from each other’s country. Can Team U.S. figure out what is a "Spotted Dick?" And, British chef, Carlo, who has lived in the states for years, becomes the secret weapon for Team U.K. He has mastered Louisiana gumbo!
