Operation Osmin
Osmin Hernandez was kicked out of the Cuban military after being declared clinically insane, but he is one of the most in-demand personal trainers in the Miami area and a trainer to the stars. Now he's turning his attention to average Joes and Janes to help them get into shape, just as he does with celebrities. Each episode features Osmin putting a recruit through a rigorous regimen in an attempt to help the person shed excess pounds. The recruits include a businessman who owns a health-food catering company, a reality-TV personality who wants to tone up, a single mom who recently lost 60 pounds but isn't done, and a former college jock who wants to return to baseball.
