Just Eats With Chef JJ

Chef JJ Is keeping it fresh and delicious and it's all about fresh fish in this episode. He cooks up a whole Branzino with citrus herbs, encrusted in salt and baked,then he lays out a BBQ salmon bites with a citrus herb salad.

It's all about small bites, on the menu is marinated grilled chicken skewers served with a citrus flavored mojito then he makes a seafood ceviche and a sweet and smooth margarita.

Chef JJ's family favorites are front in center in this episode. He starts out with a fried catfish sandwich that's golden brown and delicious served with another favorite, fried plantains.

Radio Host, & coffee connoisseur Angela Yee stops by for cocktails and conversations. JJ makes an expresso martini, along with pan seared chicken with pollo guisado ragout and serves it with a mixed green salad topped with sherry dressing.
