After twenty years, Pedro is deported back to Colombia in a precarious condition; his son, now a VP of a blooming company, is forced to take him in, despite his father abandoning him as a child for a disastrous affair.

Pedro falls instantly in love with Fernanda, Junior's boss, at the office party; Junior disapproves of him flirting with her and confronts him; Pedro feels that his son looks down on him and decides to move away.

Mariana faints in the office due to an eating disorder; Junior and Fernanda get worried but don't know how to help her; Pedro suffers Elvira's constant advancements.

Pedro is shaken after seeing Paula; in turn, Junior offers Pedro an invitation to breakfast, which he does not hesitate to accept, hoping to spend time with his son; Junior complains about Pedro's job and offers him a better position.

Junior feels proud of his father and to prove it, he decides to reveal that Pedro is actually his father at Fernanda's barbecue; Pedro is afraid of being rejected by Fernanda and tries to stop him.
