Stanis is developing the new project, "Life of Jesus." In the dual role both of leading man and producer, he hires three writers that result is an incoherent jumble of biblical sauce. The concept is taken into consideration by Allison, an executive at a powerful "Platform." In order to get the project financed, the crew needs script approval and to grow accustomed to a new, stricter code on set first.
The strict conduct policies of the "Platform" challenge the crew, and the noisy presence of the Calabrian intensifies the tension. René and Stanis desperately trying to cut Corinna out of the project. To make things worse, the Algorithm dictates that the team needs to find a way to weave a teen love story into the plot of "Life of Jesus."
At 50 years old, Stanis is not credible in the role of Jesus, and René and Lopez want to replace him with an international actor. But, Stanis is ready with a counter attack.Meanwhile, other characters make their entry on set: Mariano as John the Baptist, with his explosive obsession, and Cristina, always able to keep René under her thumb. Tatti Barletta joins the already troublesome cast to play Judas.
The day of miracles is also the debut of Karin's portrayal of Mary Magdalene on set. The production team desperately looks for representatives of minorities in effort to get the Platform on board with the project once and for all. The Camera Department experiences some "technical" difficulties when Duccio goes completely blind. After viewing the backstage footage, Allison concludes there is racism on set. The project is at risk.
The Algorithm has finally greenlit the project. Martellone has joined the set, but where have all the Calabrian extras gone? The Platform sends Social Media Manager Elisabetta to set to restore some order, but she focuses instead on getting René to upgrade his social presence. There is turmoil in second unit too: Alfredo is shooting the teen story between Judas and Jesus, but he is forced to stop for yet another setback. Meanwhile, Lorenzo is convinced he has found a way to fool the Algorithm.
Glauco persuades René to shoot a video for him in exchange for filling in as second unit director for a couple of days. The day drags on endlessly as Tatti Barletta convinces all the actors to join a ridiculous strike. Lorenzo tries to boycott the Algorithm, and thanks to a little "accident," he even manages to get Alessandro involved. Corinna's and Stanis' marriage is in deep crisis. The set is in chaos, and Glauco gives Tatti and René a crazy idea.
