Takeshi Kusao
Takeshi Kusao is a respected Japanese voice actor (otherwise known as a "seiyu" in his homeland), who has lent his talents to numerous television animation programs and video games over the years. Kusao made his debut in the classic Japanese animated action film "Akira," playing the pivotal role of Kai. This led to consistent voice work for Kusao in Japan's thriving animation industry, including roles on such popular children's titles as "Dragon Ball Z" and "Sgt. Frog," among many others. Kusao also has a strong singing voice, and he often records songs for the credit sequences or action scenes of popular anime series. As the video game industry has grown in commercial strength and creative reach, Kusao has begun a lucrative sideline career providing exclusive voices for popular games. Additionally, Kusao has provided voices for the Japanese-language dubs of such renowned American films as the stylish satire "American Psycho" and the cult comedy "Napoleon Dynamite."
