Barry Blake
Barry Blake was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Blake started his acting career landing roles in films, such as the Stephen Lack horror movie "Scanners" (1981), "Cross-Country" (1983) and "The Boy in Blue" (1986) with Nicolas Cage. He also appeared in "The King Chronicle" (1988). He also appeared in the TV movie "Cook & Peary: The Race to the Pole" (CBS, 1983-84). Blake also brought characters to life with his vocal talents in "The Legend of Hiawatha" (CBS, 1984-85). He also worked in film during these years, including a part on the comedy sequel "Elvis Gratton II - Miracle in Memphis" (1999) with Julian Poulin. He also worked in television around this time, including a part on "Gene Roddenberry's "Earth: Final Conflict"" (1997-2002). He also starred in the TV movies "Blood on Her Hands" (ABC, 1997-98) and "When Justice Fails" (Cinemax, 1998-99). He held additional roles in television including a part on "Sue Thomas: F.B.Eye" (ION Television Network, 2002-05). He also was featured in the TV movies "Nightwaves" (2002-03), "The Reagans (Showtime)" (Showtime, 2003-04) and "A Lover's Revenge" (Lifetime, 2005). He also appeared in "Mind Over Murder" (Lifetime, 2005-06). Most recently, Blake appeared in "The Perfect Girlfriend" (Lifetime, 2014-15).
