Isabelle Collins doesn't feel emotionally fulfilled by her husband Stewart. She seduces her newfound lover Richard Davis into killing Stewart so that they can marry, but when the plan is enacted, Richard is promptly arrested for the murder. Isabelle conspires with Richard's young, handsome lawyer Gavin to frame Richard for the murder she lured him into committing.
