Joel (Christopher De Leon) and Grace (Hilda Koronel) are a young couple who are about to get married. Days before their wedding, both go through the process of moving on from the one that got away. After spending years of evading Ernesto (Jay Ilagan), the man who broke her heart, Grace is forced to meet him when he threatens to take his own life. Joel unwittingly crosses paths with Lani (Chanda Romero), the elusive woman he has relentlessly been searching for when she disappeared after spending a perfect weekend together. The dormant feelings they have been suppressing start to arise and doubt starts to take over.
