Coyote
Brian lives at home. He has no job. He has no friends. He has no life. At the urging of his overbearing mother, he goes to work on a house with his eccentric uncle. Soon he finds himself in an unlikely friendship with an illegal Mexican laborer of the same age, Manuel. A few hours south, in Chula Vista, CA, two seasoned Border Patrol agents head down a different path. They must face the reality of their own relevance when a young upstart agent from the Department of Homeland Security arrives for a performance review. When Manuel finds himself out of options, he and Brian embark on a dangerous adventure to retrieve his mother and sister who are being held captive in Tijuana. This improbable pairing will have to stay one step ahead of the agents, the locals, and a colorful array of criminals, if they are going to make it home alive.
