Instead of tending to the kitchen where he should be hard at work, head chef Roland is working on a cookbook that no one has asked him to write.

Three-time Michelin star winner Shay Marshall arrives at the hotel for a surprise visit, prompting Bib to try out his new menu. However, it turns out that Shay and Roland have met before.

Bib must find a way to transport his sperm to a fertility clinic down the road while there is a car show at the hotel. Caroline notices that a beautiful woman has taken an interest in Roland.

Roland finds out that the Health and Safety inspector does not take bribes and must find a creative way to prevent the kitchen from being shut down.

Roland attempts to establish himself as a celebrity chef by appearing on a TV show and neglecting the kitchen yet again. When Bib is approached by an Australian CEO for a head chef position at a different restaurant, Roland's jealousy gets the better of him.

Roland must interview for a new sous-chef, while the kitchen chaotically prepares for a talent show. Caroline and Skoose both receive bad news, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel for everyone.
