The Big Interiors Battle

AJ Odudu hosts, as eight designers battle it out to design and win an apartment of their own. With themes ranging from brutalist to jungle spa, the designers try to pull off their bedroom schemes in just four days and with a limited budget.

The seven remaining designers must turn an empty space into an incredible, unique kitchen. One designer feels at home in the kitchen, having spent time as a kitchen designer, while another has to up their game after narrowly surviving the lockout.

It's bathroom week and the designers are feeling flush as they try to make the smallest rooms in their apartments stand out. They up the ante with hand-painted murals, bespoke wallpapers and themes ranging from a country house to a nightclub toilet.

The competition leaves the building, as our remaining five designers take on their first big group challenge. Pulling together as a team for the first time, they are tasked with giving the local community café and performance space a makeover.

It's living room week and just four designers remain. Dara is a hard taskmaster and she's seeking the very best of design, ingenuity and functionality in each of their spaces, and living rooms really need to deliver to bring the whole home together.

In the Peak District, the remaining designers make over an outdoor adventure centre with a multi-use common room space. They have their work cut out, as they must combine the wishes and needs of a group of adult hikers and a group of under-10s.
