Sick of It

Down-on-his-luck taxi driver Karl moves in with his auntie Norma after breaking up with his long-term girlfriend. As he muddles through life, his closest friend is the voice in his head, an uncensored version of himself who will not shut up. In the first episode, Karl and Norma are holding a wake for uncle Vinnie at the house when a delivery man turns up with the new sofa.

Karl comes to a big realisation when a noisy baby leaves him at the end of his tether.

Karl books a holiday alone, but his hopes of a quiet week are dashed when the nosy locals discover he is on his own.

Karl and Norma wind up on a mad journey to Eastbourne after Karl accidentally takes a cherished photo to the charity shop.

Karl's big plan to woo Zoe goes out the window when a father and son get into his cab, before an urgent pick-up derails things even further.
