On a rainy night in the summer of 1955, seven boys are thrown into the same cell of a hellish juvenile reformatory.

When Joe discovers the opportunity to reunite with his sister, Turtle and the boys pitch in to help him escape.

Shortly after Joe returns to the reformatory, Ishihara takes advantage of Scam's skeptiscm and spreads a little rumor as part of a scheme to snuff out Anchan.

As he recovers from the fire's aftermath, Anchan looks back to his past and the fateful day that led him to the reformatory.

In fleeting moment of peace, the boys carve their wildest dreams into the bark of nearby tree. However, further nightmares are right around the corner.

When their plans to dispose of Anchan continue to fail, Sasaki and Ishihara start targeting his friends.
