U.S. Army veteran Jerry Flanagan created a junk removal business in 2011 after declaring bankruptcy on a previous venture and finding himself in a rut searching to find a professional path as a civilian. A decade later, JDog Junk Removal and Hauling has 250 franchises across the United States and employs military veterans in need of work. The "Operation Hidden Treasures" series follows two veteran teams from JDog as they take unwanted items from homes and businesses, then transform them into necessities, keepsakes and valuables for people in need.
