Ojisan Is Cheering for My Love
Matsuri Miyashita (Kitano Kii) leads an ordinary life until a tragic accident introduces her to Seiichiro Kiyokawa (Ohashi Akira), a stranger who saves her and whose spirit now resides in her brain. Despite her initial resistance, Seiichiro's constant commentary becomes a surprising source of confidence, especially when she meets his son Itsuki (Sasamori Hiroki), the man of her dreams. With Seiichiro's unexpected encouragement, Matsuri finds herself gaining the courage to pursue a potential romance she would never have attempted before. As Seiichiro guides her romantic efforts from inside her mind, Matsuri begins to wonder if this bizarre situation might be the key to transforming her mundane existence. Adapted from the manga "Uncle Supports My Love" by Jun Ino, this is a 2022 Japanese romantic comedy directed by Hiroki Yamaguchi and Yoshikazu Iki.
