The Newport Harbor senior class takes a trip to Palm Springs. Chrissy and Clay finally start seeing each other as more than friends, but just as their romance begins to bud, it's thwarted by Chrissy's over-protective father. Will boy-crazy Allie take the chance and swoop in?

Allie and best friend Samantha throw the Newport Harbor seniors a "Pretty in Pink" party. Allie is stung by jealousy when she catches her ex, Chase, flirting with other girls. Things heat up between Chrissy and Clay on the dance floor, but here comes Chrissy's dad again! Will she lose her chance with Clay for good this time?

Chrissy makes a mistake that might jeopardize her chances with Clay. Grant swoops in on Taylor, fresh off her breakup with Chase.
