Meet 23 year old holiday rep, Emma Sheldon. She binge drinks six months a year, overeats and to top it all off, smokes heavily. After under-going a battery of medical tests,and delivered to the Living Autopsy Theatre Emma's life changes dramatically.

Brighton based twenty five year old Stewart Burton’s job as an events coordinator means he has to socialize for work. In fact, he says he’s had a drink every day for the past ten years. But it’s the weekends when he really lets loose with a cocktail of endless pints, shots and as many as 60 cigarettes in a night. Stewart is worried his health is suffering and Donella, his fiancé, is at the end of her tether with Stewart’s wild ways and the strain it’s putting on their relationship.

For twenty two year old single mother and lap dancer Cindy Cottrell, a typical night out starts with two bottles of wine before leaving her home in Tamworth. Then it’s a few more bottles, shots and finally, it’s all washed down with some drugs. Cindy’s worried what her hard partying ways is doing to her body and says she wants to make some changes to her lifestyle, especially for the sake of her son.

Battering his body with junk food and weekend boozing is taking its toll on 28 year old Phil South. He's clinically obese and struggling with his fitness. Phil has decided it's time to make some changes to his life.

Lee Woollard's party trick is to drink his own vomit, but it's not the only way this 22 year old trainee P.E teacher likes to punish his body. Arriving hung over for his Living Autopsy, Lee discovers his metabolism is more like a pensioner's.

25 year old wannabe DJ Russ Taylor has been smoking and knocking back the booze for ten years. Russ is gob smacked during his Living Autopsy to discover that there are parts of his body which are in fact older than his mum!
