Kipper is awakened at night due to a visitor, a baby goose that got lost in the middle of the storm. Kipper decides to welcome him into his house and care for it as if he were its dad, what keeps him very busy.
Tiger plans to go fishing and invites Kipper to join him. But Kipper doesn't have a fishing rod and brings an umbrella instead. Then, the weather starts changing and Kipper takes a sky ride on his umbrella.
Kipper and Tiger go to the beach, but while Kipper wants to have fun, Tiger just wants to rest. Things get worse when Tiger is stranded in the middle of the sea and Kipper must rescue him.
A rainy day, Kipper is bored and decides to explore the attic, where he finds a magic game. Then, he goes to jump puddles with Tiger, while inside, the magic wand makes rabbits appear out of the hat.
It is Pig's birthday and Kipper buys a hamster as a gift. But he quickly grows fond of the little rodent and now does not want to let it go. What can he do then?
Kipper reaches the end of the rainbow, where he finds a magic frog that offers him three wishes. What will Kipper ask for? Surely, he will ask going home.
