Ippon again!

Michi Sonoda and Sanae Takigawa, members of the Aoba Middle School Judo Club, are preparing for their final middle school match. Michi decides to quit judo for good and declares, "I'll win this quick by an ippon!" However, the result is the exact opposite: she gets thrown by her opponent's stranglehold.

Michi is reunited with her last judo opponent in middle school, Towa Hiura, who reminds her of the fun of doing judo, and decides to continue judo in high school with her as well. The judo club is currently inactive due to a lack of members but is allowed to resume its activities if there are three members present.

The Aoba West Judo Club is finally reformed/restarted/revived with three members! The club's advisor, who is away on a business trip, is expected to return soon. Sanae fantasizes about their appearance being a handsome teacher while playing a visual novel on her smartphone in the classroom.

The new Aoba West Judo Club's first match is the Saitama Prefectural Inter-High School Qualifiers. If they win smoothly, they will face Kasumigaoka High, a foe with whom they have a history, in the second round. Kasumigaoka, won all three of their three matches in the first round by ippon to advance to the second round, and it is Aoba West's turn next.

The match between Towa and Amane, two players who have overcome their stalemate in middle school, is finally over. The only match left is the third match in which Michi is to participate. Michi is determined to win this time, but Kasumigaoka's third player, Ami, is also a formidable opponent.

Anna Nagumo, a member of the Kendo Club, is a childhood friend of Michi's. In contrast to Michi, she has excellent grades, and in the prefectural qualifying rounds for kendo, she played a major role in leading the Kendo Club to the Inter-High finals for the first time in five years as the ace despite being a first-year student.
