Inconceivable

When Natalie moves back to Johannesburg to open a restaurant, she reunites with her three best friends: Marieke, Busi, and Rachel. Then a heavily pregnant Rachel makes a fateful decision that will throw their group into turmoil.

As the truth dawns on Marieke, she tries to convince Rachel to rethink what she has done. Rachel offers money to Nick and Tamsin, but her motives are darker than they seem. Busi attempts to smooth over the awkwardness between Natalie and Sisanda.

Rachel is in a state of denial, but Marieke finally manages to convince her to do the right thing. When David injures his back, Sisanda and Wesley are roped in to helping Natalie.

When David goes bike riding with James and Wesley, he ends up leaving Natalie stranded and must work to get back into her good graces. Marieke gives Rachel an ultimatum but finds herself in a game of chicken with her best friend.

A seemingly supportive gesture from Rachel creates an even bigger rift between the friends. Nick steps in to help Tamsin, who is in an alcoholic spiral, and Rodney begins to idolize him for it.

In an unguarded moment, Marieke tells Busi what Rachel has done, but Busi's reaction to the situation is far from expected. As the gulf between Natalie and David widens, he tries to repair their relationship and her guilt bubbles over.
