How I Caught The Killer

Bulgarian Housekeeper Gregana Prodonova was reported missing on 8 August by colleagues after she failed to turn up for work at the Great Western Hotel in Exeter. Gergana's naked body was found 12 days after she vanished when a railway worker noticed a foul smell on the embankment. She had been stuffed in a suitcase and it had been thrown over a wall onto the embankment.

On the 22nd November 1983, Detective David Baker received a call saying that the body of a young girl - Lynda Mann - had been found dumped in the bushes. After a thorough and extensive investigation, there were still no leads and the case went cold.

Lead Homicide Detective John Cabrera was called to a mobile home in Sacramento where the body of Phillip Inhofer had been found bludgeoned to death and his Mercedes Benz gone. The murder was so brutal John assumed the killer was male and started to gather evidence.
