Having a hard time to get pregnant, Stela and Homero seek the help of Dr. Roger Sadala, famous for his expertise in fertilization. Mira suspects Roger’s good intentions and decides to investigate him.

Homero notices something’s not right with his wife. Eugenia is now ready for a child, but Ronaldo is not. Gloria is shown pictures of Roger with another woman.

Mira gets a phone call from a woman denouncing Dr. Sadala and embarks on her search for answers. Eugenia finds out she’s pregnant but fears the worst.

Four years after Eugenia’s fertilization, Ronaldo has doubts about Valentina. Mira finds a new clue about Dr. Roger and has a car accident.

Maria tries to explain to her husband what she went through, but he starts to despise their children. Mira finds the page of Dr. Sadala’s victims and offers to help.

At the IVF celebration, Mira realizes Stela is one of Roger’s victims. Gloria’s health quickly deteriorates, and Roger gets irritated knowing the blog where women denounce him is back online.
