Pedro Pablo León Jaramillo, alias El Capo, is one of the major drug traffickers from Colombia. He spent 25 years in anonymity until his identity is made public by Manchola, a journalist who exposes him as one of the richest men and the largest exporter of drugs. This revelation provokes the death of the reporter and awakens a thirst for vengeance in Marcela Liévano, his fiancée, who manages to insert herself in the narco's inner circle.
