City of Streamer
In early 20th-century Shanghai, the powerful Rong family seeks a tutor for their son Rong Jia Shang (Timmy Xu) and his sisters. They hire Feng Shi Zhen (Jing Tian), an intelligent woman who secretly works as a spy planning to expose corrupt wealthy families.
