It's 1979 and Bronco are searching for a path in the music industry. After getting the money for recording their first album, they are faced with great disappointment, but they will soon meet their future manager, Fermín Ordoñez.
Bronco decides to fight to achieve their dreams and they are discovered by executives from a multinational company during a talent show.
Lupe writes the band's first hit and they struggle to get the album out in the world. Fermín gets them a tour through the US. Eric, under pressure from his family, decides to quit the band.
Bronco will play in one of the most renowned venues in Apodaca, but happiness won't last, since it all ends in tragedy. Fermín runs from the law and Lupe takes charge of the situation, accompanied by Belén, their new press agent.
The tragedy of fame tears Lupe and Fermin apart. Lupe writes what will become the biggest hit in Bronco's history. A film producer talks the band into making an action film.
Lupe and Ramiro are going through difficult times with their families. Bronco earn nominations for Lo Nuestro awards and go to Miami. With Fermín's approval, the network executives discriminate against Lupe on the color of her skin.
