Fredrik invites Bethenny to see what could be their first potential investment property together as business partners. Bethenny fears it could be more of a money pit than a successful flip and both are left wondering if business and friendship can actually mix.

Bethenny and Fredrik break the news of their partnership to the design team, but not before Bethenny's surprise guests cause some tension amongst the group. With new budget cuts happening, Fredrik is forced to make some major compromises.  Meanwhile Bethenny is back in the dating pool with Fredrik as her matchmaker.

With construction underway, Fredrik and Bethenny embark on the search for their next investment property. But Fredrik's choice of apartments and upcoming travel plans make Bethenny question how serious he's taking their new venture.

With Fredrik away in Africa, Bethenny views a potential investment property with Fredrik's assistant Jordan. Tensions arise when Fredrik finds out, and confronts Bethenny. Meanwhile Fredrik and his husband begin to prepare for the arrival of their twins.

After Bethenny and Fredrik's property hunt in Manhattan comes up short, they move their search to the Hamptons. When the press releases a photo of Bethenny on a date, her ex-boyfriend resurfaces. And a night of debauchery ensues as Bethenny and Fredrik face off in a dance competition.

Bethenny starts to question Fredrik's motives when some unexpected numbers arise in their renovation budget. Things get heated when Fredrik is confronted, and a blow up fight jeopardizes the future of their relationship.
