It’s been over 50 years since news reports claimed Jim Morrison, the legendary and mysterious poet, lead singer, and lyricist of 1960s rock band, The Doors died at age 27 in Paris, France on July 3, 1971. But many, including those close to Morrison, questioned the news from the start and continue to do so.

Independent filmmaker, Jeff Finn continues his literal and figurative lifetime search for the trailblazing Jim Morrison in general, with a particular emphasis on new leads about Morrison’s shadowy formative years.

The Paris timeline is again deconstructed as Robyn Wurtele continues to drop mind bombs. Dr. Max Vassille proves to be even more of a phantom than Morrison and Mr. X, while the serpentine trajectory of Morrison’s missing passports takes on a life of its own.
