Juliet creates beautifully baked comfort food for a Sunday lunch: Warm Crumble Tart, Pasta Pie and Chocolate Fudge Cake. Later, she's joined by award winning baker Julie Jones for a lesson in pie art and visits a meeting in the Cotswolds.
Juliet showcases her stunning centrepieces: a fabulous multi-coloured Piñata Cake, a cheesy Risotto Cake and a Vegetable Tart. Then, pastry chef Helen Goh shows Juliet how to make her Lemon & Blackcurrant Stripe Cake.
Juliet creates a spread for a Winter Woodland themed party with the help of DJ buddy Dev Griffin, who learns how to make her Winter Woodland Mushroom Cake. Also on the menu are: Meringue Lollies, S'mores Cupcakes, Pigs in Blankets & Filo Pastry Pies.
Juliet is making Breakfast Bagels, Donuts and Cinnamon Rolls. Master Baker Richard Bertinet gives a lesson in baking sourdough which is transformed into a filled Pain Surprise. Juliet visits a historic mill to find out how flour is produced.
Juliet makes a Spiced Pumpkin Pie with a delicious meringue topping, Chocolate and Chilli Cookies and Winter Pavlova with Spiced Apples and Pears. She visits a Lebanese Bakery and is joined by John Gregory-Smith who makes Date and Cinnamon Squares.
With Christmas fast approaching, Juliet makes a Festive Reindeer Cake, a Gingerbread House Cake, A Candy Cane Cake and Snowmen Cakes. Baker Briony Williams and daughter Nora demonstrate how to make edible decorations for a Christmas tree.
