Windell Middlebrooks
Actor Windell Middlebrooks was born in the city of Fort Worth, Texas. Middlebrooks graduated from Sterling College in Sterling, Kansas and later went on to earn a Master of Fine Arts degree from University of California, Irvine. As an actor, Middlebrooks made his first appearance in 2005 on "The Bernie Mac Show" (Fox 2001-06). Middlebrooks then made appearances on series like "My Name is Earl" (NBC 2004-09), "Veronica Mars" (UPN/CW 2004-07), "Entourage" (HBO 2004-2011) and "Scrubs" (NBC/ABC 2001-2010). In 2008, Middlebrooks joined the cast of "The Suite Life on Deck" (Disney 2008-2011), a spinoff of "The Suite Life of Zach & Cody." Middlebrooks played Kirby Morris, and was on the series until 2010. In 2011, Middlebrooks was cast as Curtis Brumfield in the television procedural "Body of Proof" (ABC 2011-13). Despite his many appearances on serialized television, Middlebrooks is probably best known for his role in the Miller High Life advertising campaign, in which Middlebrooks played a High Life deliveryman who, if he found a social situation to go against "High Life" standards, would remove Miller High Life from the location. The ads were popular and made Middlebrooks' face instantly recognizable. On March 9, 2015, Middlebrooks was found dead at his home in Los Angeles after suffering a pulmonary embolism.
