Violet Farebrother
Violet Farebrother made her mark in the world of entertainment when she acted in "Easy Virtue" (1927). In 1911, she made her screen debut in a silent short adaptation of Shakespeare's "Richard III." In 1927, she starred in "Downhill," the first of three Hitchcock films in which she would feature. In 1957, she starred as Mrs. Moreton in "Fortune Is A Woman," which starred Jack Hawkins and Arlene Dahl.
