Vic Mignogna

Vic Mignogna began acting on the stage at just eight years old. He got his first job on an animé in 1972 when he lent his voice to various characters in the English version of "Gatchaman," in which bird-themed superheroes battle terrorists. It was 1983 when he gave his next performance, in "Aura Battler Dunbine," a story about a motocross hero who is forced to pilot a giant robot. From there, Mignogna continued voice-over work, but his big break came in 2001 when he provided the voice of Vega, a masked warrior from Spain who fights with claws on his hands, in the English version of the cartoon "Street Fighter II," based on the video game of the same name. Mignogna has since landed voice-acting credits in more than 150 shows and video games, with his best known role perhaps being that of Edward Elric, the youngest state alchemist, in the manga series "Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhoodt." Mignogna has also worked as a musician; in 1993 he even performed a song on an episode of the variety program "Star Search."
