Tyson Houseman
Unlike Lautner and the other actors handpicked by the producers to play the saga's Wolf Pack, Houseman's character did not transform into the mythical creature in "New Moon." He reprised his role in "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" (2010), the third installment of the popular film series. Houseman's Quil Ateara, who had been relegated to Jacob Black's "wing man" in the previous film, played a bigger part in "Eclipse" and also achieved the ability to morph into his werewolf ancestory. His character Quil was also described in Stephenie Meyer's best-selling 2007 novel to have "imprinted" - a mysterious and common occurrence among the saga's Wolf Pack where they discover their soul mate - on a two-year-old girl named Claire as a means of protecting her from harm.
