Tyrin Turner found incredible success as an accomplished actor, appearing in a variety of films throughout his Hollywood career. At the start of his acting career, Turner appeared in dramatic series like "Chicago Hope" (CBS, 1994-2000) and "New York Undercover" (Fox, 1994-98). In the beginning of his Hollywood career, Turner acted in films like "Menace II Society" (1993). He also appeared in the TV special "What About Your Friends?" (CBS, 1994-95). His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Soldier Boyz" (HBO, 1995-96). Following that project, he appeared in the dramatic adaptation "Panther" (1995) with Kadeem Hardison and "The Method" (1996). Turner also appeared in the Earl "DMX" Simmons dramatic musical "Belly" (1998), "Little Boy Blue" (1998) featuring Ryan Phillippe and "Crime Partners" (2003). He also appeared in "When a Woman's Fed Up" (2014). Most recently, Turner wrote "iHeartRadio Music Awards" (NBC, 2014-15).
