Tyler Chase
Tyler Chase first caught the attention of mainstream audiences when he took on the recurring role of Ben on the hit series "The Walking Dead" (AMC, 2010-). Born in Brevard, North Carolina, Chase trained diligently in his craft, taking classes at the improv studio The Groundlings, as well as at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, where he appeared in productions of "Winter's Tale" and "Pericles." In addition to appearing in numerous commercials for brands like Target, Sears, Pepsi, and Toyota, Chase also soon began acting in movies and TV, beginning with a role in the independent comedy "Simple Things" (2007). His role as Ben on the hugely popular apocalyptic series "The Walking Dead" came in 2012, and he followed it with an appearance in the horror movie "Don't Let Me Go" (2013). In 2016, Chase joined the cast of the Hulu series "Freakish" (Hulu, 2016-) playing the arrogant hacker Barrett McIntyre. On the heels show's success, he joined the cast of another show, this time appearing on the gritty military drama "Six" (History, 2017-). A part-time electronic music producer, Chase had the chance to combine his talents in 2017 when he appeared on an episode of "Nashville" (ABC, 2012-) as an EDM DJ.
