Trista Sutter

American television personality Trista Sutter was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, but grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. She studied exercise science and physical therapy, moving to Florida where she would work at Miami Children's Hospital, before becoming a dancer for the basketball team Miami Heat. During this time, she appeared in commercials and music videos, but Sutter would go on to become more widely-known after participating in the first season of "The Bachelor" (ABC, 2002-), where she finished in second place. This led her to be featured in her own season of "The Bachelorette" (ABC, 2003-), where she chose Ryan Sutter as the winner, later marrying him in their own television special, "Trista and Ryan's Wedding" (ABC, 2003-04). Sutter would make several TV appearances over the years, becoming a contestant in "Dancing With the Stars" (ABC, 2005-) and being featured in spin-offs of the show that brought her fame, such as "The Bachelor: Where Are They Now" (ABC, 2007-08) and "The Bachelor: Love Stories" (ABC, 2013-14), as well as "Marriage Boot Camp" (WE tv, 2013-).
