Tracy Scoggins

Athletic and beautiful, Tracy Scoggins began her career in modeling when she was discovered by John Casablancas of Elite Model Management. After a brief stint in New York City, she traveled the European modeling circuit. She returned to the United States and studied acting at the Herbert Berghof Studio and the Wynn Hanmann Studio in the late 1970s. She played mostly eye candy on various TV shows of the 1980s until her first big break- playing Monica Colby, the daughter of patriarch Charlton Heston, in the "Dynasty" spin-off "The Colbys" in 1985. She would reprise the role on "Dynasty" as well. Scoggins branched out into comedy as an acid-tongued society columnist on "Lois and Clark: The New Adventure of Superman" for ABC. She had a recurring role on the TV series "Lonesome Dove: The Outlaw Years" in the mid-1990s and finished out the decade playing Captain Elizabeth Lochley in both the "Babylon 5" and "Crusade" sci-fi series. In addition to acting in feature films and on television, Scoggins dedicates time to rape-prevention issues and producing her own workout video, "Tough Stuff."
