Tori Anderson
Born in Edmonton, Canada, Tori Anderson began acting at a young age, performing at music festivals and training with local acting teachers. Her first on screen credit came in 2004 in a supporting role on the Eliza Dushku-starring TV series "Tru Calling" (Fox, 2003-05). She continued to appear in guest roles on series like "The 4400" (USA, 2004-07) and "Murdoch Mysteries" (CBC, 2004-) while attending York University. She graduated in 2011 with a degree in fine arts, and landed an agent after a monologue performance during her final year. In 2012 she appeared in six episodes of "The L.A. Complex" (The CW, 2012). Her first series regular role came in 2015, when she played the mother of the protagonist on the Canadian hospital-mystery show "Open Heart" (TeenNick, 2015-). In 2016, Anderson appeared in another series regular role, this time playing Queen Titania on "The Other Kingdom" (Nickelodeon, 2016-). The same year, she premiered in her first series lead on the apocalyptic romantic comedy "No Tomorrow" (The CW, 2016-). Anderson played Evie Covington, who goes on an epic journey when she finds out the man of her dreams is convinced the world is going to end in less than a year.
