Tonyo Melendez
The origin of Tonyo Melendez's acting career goes back to when he was just 13 years old. He also starred in the TV movies "Death Ray 2000" (1980-81), "Love Among Thieves" (ABC, 1986-87) and "Daughter of the Streets" (ABC, 1989-1990). He also appeared in "Drug Wars: the Camarena Story" (NBC, 1989-1990). In the nineties, Melendez devoted his time to various credits, such as "ER" (NBC, 1994-2009), "Miami Rhapsody" (1995) starring Sarah Jessica Parker and "Gridlock'd" with Tim Roth (1997). He also worked on "Dream Team" (1999-2000). In the nineties and the early 2000s, he then appeared in the Aaron Eckhart comedic adaptation "Thank You for Smoking" (2006). He also was featured in the TV movie "Noriega: God's Favorite" (Showtime, 1999-2000). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" (CBS, 2000-2015). Melendez most recently acted in "The Dukes" (2008).
