Tom O'Rourke
Tom O'Rourke was an actor who has played on a variety of television shows. His career began with roles in "As the World Turns" (CBS, 1955-2010) and "All My Children" (ABC, 1969-2011). He also appeared in the TV movie "A Father's Homecoming" (NBC, 1987-88). During the early stages of his Hollywood career, O'Rourke mainly held acting roles in films like the Natasha Richardson biographical drama "Patty Hearst" (1988). In the nineties, he shifted his entertainment career towards more comedic roles, appearing on "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" (1990-96), "Step by Step" (CBS, 1991-98) and "Shaky Ground" (Fox, 1992-93). O'Rourke focused on film in more recent years, appearing in "Maid in Manhattan" (2002) with Jennifer Lopez, "United 93" (2006) and the Denzel Washington blockbuster crime drama "American Gangster" (2007). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (NBC, 1999-). O'Rourke most recently appeared on the comedic sports movie "The Laughing Matter" (2011) with Chuck Ford.
