Thom Beers
Thom Beers had such an impact on the television scene, he was awarded an Emmy. Beers worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including "Earth Matters" (TBS, 1989-2000), "One Child -- One Voice" (TBS, 1991-92) and "The New Adventures of Captain Planet" (TBS, 1990-96). He also contributed to "Ultimate Explorer" (TBS, 1984-2003), "Voice of the Planet" (TBS, 1990-91) and "Without Borders" (TBS, 1988-89). Beers won a Primetime Emmy Award for "Deadliest Catch" in 2004 Beers had a number of different projects under his belt in the 2010s, including "Bering Sea Gold" (Discovery Channel, 2011-), "Bering Sea Gold: Under the Ice" (Discovery Channel, 2011-15) and "The Legend of Shelby the Swamp Man" (History, 2012-15). His credits also expanded to "Barry'd Treasure" (A&E Network, 2013-14) and "Brandi & Jarrod: Married to the Job" (A&E Network, 2013-14). Most recently, Beers produced "Storage Wars: Miami" (A&E Network, 2015-).
