Thierry Neuvic
Thierry Neuvic is a French actor who, before breaking into television and major film roles, studied drama at the Cours Florent in Paris and later performed on stage. His first roles for the small screen were in the miniseries "La femme de la forêt," "Sud lointain," and "Si je t'oublie Sarajevo." In 2000, he made his feature film debut in Michael Haneke's critically-acclaimed drama "Code Unknown: Incomplete Tales of Several Journeys ," playing Georges, a combat photographer and the boyfriend of Juliette Binoche's character. He next appeared in the romantic comedy "God is Great and I'm Not" opposite stars Audrey Tautou and Edouard Baer. He returned to television work after those films, landing regular gigs on the shows "Joséphine, ange gardien, "Clara Sheller ," and "Comme t'y es belle!," while becoming particularly popular with women viewers. More feature film work followed, and Neuvic had roles in the internationally popular crime thriller "Tell No One," in the coming-of-age tale "Stella," and in the horror thriller "Don't Look Back." In Clint Eastwood's "Hereafter," Neuvic plays a man who struggles to deal with his lover coming back from the dead after she was killed in the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami and then brought back to life by rescuers. He is also a regular on the popular series "Mafiosa."
