Tati Gabrielle
Actress Tati Gabrielle began her screen career in kid-friendly comedy series, but found more memorable work in more serious and even frightening fare like "The 100" (The CW, 2014-) and "The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina" (Netflix, 2018-). Born Tatiana Gabrielle Hobson in the Bay Area of California to Korean and African-American parents, she began her career as a child model for major department stores; acting became an interest in elementary school and her primary interest by her early teens. After enrolling in the theater program at the Oakland School for the Arts-which allowed her to perform in and direct productions for various festivals, including the prestigious Edinburgh Fringe Festival-she majored in Drama and French at Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia. In 2015, Gabrielle decided to make her dreams of a professional acting career a reality, and after moving to Los Angeles, began working on television in episodic series for the Nickelodeon Channel, including "K.C. Undercover" (2015-18) and "The Thundermans" (2013-18). She soon graduated to recurring roles on the science fiction series "Freakish" (Hulu, 2016-17) and "The 100" (The CW, 2014-), which preceded her star-making turn on "The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina." For the series-a more serious, horror-themed take on the popular Harvey Comics title, which inspired the ABC/WB series "Sabrina the Teenage Witch" (1996-2003)-Gabrielle played Prudence, the leader of a trio of witches called the Weird Sisters and an antagonist for Kiernan Shipka's Sabrina.
