Inhabitants of a small town believe a vampire is behind a series of local murders and strange occurrences. Though Reno and Bobby are suspicious of any supernatural explanation, they step in to protect the population and catch the killer.
Bobby and Reno track Hound Adams to New York City, where they try to unravel his elaborate embezzlement scheme and obtain the tapes containing proof of Reno's innocence.
