Sixto Ramos

Sixto Ramos was an accomplished actor who appeared in a variety of films throughout his Hollywood career. Ramos's acting career began with roles in the series "Law & Order" (1990-2010), "NYPD Blue" (1993-2005) and "House of Buggin'" (Fox, 1994-95). He also landed a few movie roles at the time, appearing in "Do the Right Thing" (1989). His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Animal Factory" (Cinemax, 1999-2000). In the nineties, he worked on the silver screen, taking roles in the Harrison Ford action film "The Devil's Own" (1997) and the drama "The Keeper" (1997) with Giancarlo Esposito. He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "New York Undercover" (Fox, 1994-98). Ramos focused on film in more recent years, appearing in "The 24 Hour Woman" (1999), the Samuel L. Jackson action movie "Shaft" (2000) and the Queen Latifah action flick "Taxi" (2004). He also was featured in the TV movie "3 AM" (Showtime, 2000-01). Ramos most recently appeared on the documentary "Yo Soy Boricua Pa'que Tu Lo Sepas!" (2006) with Jimmy Smits.
