Nico (Kim Raver) is haunted by her infidelity when Charles (Chris Cousins) gives her a photograph that Kirby (Robert Buckley) took of her during their affair. Overcome with guilt, she debates whether she should tell Charles the truth and decides to go to extreme measures to save her marriage. Wendy (Brooke Shields) decides to cut back on her hours at the office and spend more time at home after she finds her under-age daughter, Maddie (Sarah Hyland), at a bar. Her transition into domestic life is not an easy one especially when her opinionated mother (Moore) unexpectedly comes to the city for a visit. Victory (Lindsay Price) finds it difficult to avoid Joe (Andrew McCarthy) who is desperate to get her back. Trying to move on from their personal relationship, she hires a publicist Dahlia Morales (Perez) to help brand her business and find a retail space. Paul Blackthorne also stars.

Meanwhile, drama begins to unfold as Nico (Kim Raver) reveals to Wendy and Victory about her secret affair with Kirby (Robert Buckley). The lawsuit heats up when Kirby decides that he wants to see it to the end. Nico is faced with a tough decision that could be her only potential way of keeping her life together, but at what expense? Wendy (Brooke Shields) is dealing with a very difficult scriptwriter, Lorraine Lippman (Marsha Mason), who cannot seem to put an ending to her movie. Wendy makes a bold move and tells production to move forward, leaving it up to her to get the final script from Lorraine in time. Nico (Kim Raver), still very caught up in her dual life with Kirby, faces a harsh reality when she receives news that Charles (Chris Cousins) has had a heart attack. The scare makes her realize how much she misses her marriage and brings her life back into perspective. What will this mean for Kirby? Elsewhere, Victory (Lindsay Price) is getting used to the idea of Joe Bennett (Andrew McCarthy) as her boss instead of her boyfriend. Hockey superstar, Chris "Parks" Parker (Bobby Cannavale) and his wife grow very fond of Victory. The relationship heats up, which puts Victory in a very compromising position.

Victory (Lindsay Price) is frantically prepping for her flagship store opening, but her publicist Dahlia's (guest star Rosie Perez) plans turn out to be a little too extravagant and way over budget. While Victory deals with the constant problems of her opening and fashion show, Joe (Andrew McCarthy) frets over his relationship with Victory and makes a life-changing decision. Meanwhile, Wendy (Brooke Shields) returns to her old stomping grounds at Parador Pictures to pitch a new project, but a young up-and-coming VP puts a damper on her triumphant homecoming. Later, Nico (Kim Raver) runs into her dead husband's mistress Megan (guest star Shannon McGinnis) along with Megan's baby Charlie. Instead of avoiding the awkward situation, Nico approaches Megan and instantly bonds with the baby much to her surprise. Robert Buckley, Paul Blackthorne and David Noroña also star.
