Sepideh Moafi
Sepideh Moafi's first on screen credit came in 2013 in a guest role on an episode of police procedural "Blue Bloods" (CBS, 2010-). The next year, she appeared in no fewer than six roles, including her first recurring role on a series. Most were guest roles in high profile series like "The Good Wife"(CBS, 2009-2016) and "Nurse Jackie"(Showtime, 2009-2015). The recurring role was a seven-episode stint playing the on-site psychologist at the hospital in the center of the show "Black Box" (ABC, 2014). The show was not renewed after it's first season, but it took Moafi no time to rebound as she continued to appear in guest roles on shows like "The Black List" (NBC, 2013-), "Elementary" (CBS, 2012-) and "Limitless" (CBS, 2015-2016). In 2015 she appeared in another recurring role, this time on the Piper Perabo drama "Notorious" (ABC, 2016-). In 2016, it was announced that Moafi would play a recurring role on the upcoming HBO series, "The Deuce," a look at the Times Square porn industry in the 1970s and '80s; the show was created by David Simon and George Pelecanos, starring James Franco and Maggie Gyllenhaal.
